We’re a family run business, providing a reliable and trustworthy service that can cater for all your clearance and cleaning needs.
We cover London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey and most surrounding areas, offering a 24-hour service. We price all our jobs at a very competitive rate and are proud members of Checkatrade. We are also a registered East Sussex County Council Support with Confidence Member.
We take pride in all our work, and every job is handled with the upmost care and first-class service. We hold full Public Liability Insurance and are Environment Agency certified. We also hold the upper tier licence for waste carrying (registration number CBDU42978).

We are a family run business and have at least 30 years' combined experience in the clearance industry. We have the skills to tackle any clearance or cleaning requirements. We have performed all kinds of jobs covering all kinds of properties, including stately homes, offices, high rise flats and deceased estates.
RESPONSIBLE
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of all our business activities. We ensure all recyclable goods are salvaged and send re-usable waste (e.g. bedding and clothing) to charity and animal care centres. We aim to be as respectful to the environment as possible in the products and methods we use. When disposing of waste that cannot be recycled, we ensure its carried out in the correct manner.
